After months of development, testing, revisions, and submissions, I’m happy to announce that Lureesa has officially been approved for distribution on both the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Getting here has been quite a journey.
Lureesa started as an idea and gradually became a much larger undertaking. I developed the mobile applications, built the backend services, created the website, handled the supporting infrastructure, and worked through the legal and compliance requirements necessary to publish the product.
Then came the app store submission process.
My First Time Through the App Store Process
Publishing an application on Google Play and Apple’s App Store was a learning experience in itself.
Each platform has its own guidelines, review processes, and expectations. Having a working application isn’t necessarily enough. The application also needs to meet platform-specific requirements, and sometimes that means revisiting decisions you made during development.
I had to work through several rounds of feedback and make adjustments along the way.
Some changes involved the user interface and how certain features were presented. Others involved making functionality, including notifications and certain permissions, optional where required by the platform guidelines.
It was a process of reviewing the feedback, understanding what was being requested, making the necessary changes, and submitting again.
This was my first time taking an application through the complete publishing process on both platforms. There was definitely a learning curve, but each review taught me something new.
Persistence Pays Off
There were moments when the process felt like it would never end. Between development, backend maintenance, compliance requirements, and the repeated review cycles, getting everything across the finish line required considerably more patience than I initially expected.
But that’s part of developing software.
Sometimes the difficult part isn’t writing the code. It’s everything surrounding the code: understanding requirements, working through unexpected problems, adjusting your approach, and continuing when things don’t go as planned.
Eventually, all that work paid off.
Lureesa is now approved for distribution on both major mobile platforms and has officially reached production status.
What’s Next?
Getting approved is an important milestone, but it’s also the beginning of the next phase.
Now the focus shifts toward making Lureesa available to users, continuing to improve the application, addressing feedback, and building awareness of the product.
There is still plenty of work ahead, but reaching this point is something worth celebrating.
For now, I’m happy to say that Lureesa is officially available through both major mobile app ecosystems.

Every project has its challenges. Sometimes persistence is simply continuing to work through them until you reach the other side.
This one took a while, but I finally made it across the finish line.
